Abstract: 

Introduction: The expansion of a more sustainable world is the most obvious logical consequence of higher education efforts. Almost every higher educational institution has built its mission on goals beyond the creation and dissemination of knowledge. The overall purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of sustainable universities on intellectual capital with the fourth generation approach in macro medical universities in region one in order to provide a model. Methods: The present applied research was conducted in 2021 with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section was 16 people being selected using the purposive sampling method, and in the quantitative section, 320 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula through stratified random sampling. In order to collect data, researcher-made questionnaires on sustainable universities and Bontis Intellectual Capital Questionnaire were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that at 99% confidence level, t-values for the dimensions of the sustainable university questionnaire were out of (2.58, -2.58) range, so there was a strong positive and significant relationship between the variables of a sustainable university with all its dimensions. Conclusions: Considering the obtained results, it can be concluded that the relationship between a sustainable university and intellectual capital was positive and significant. This can be due to paying attention to the scientific nature and fruitfulness of intellectual capital and its continuous development in order to achieve one of the ultimate goals, which is sustainable development.

Abstract: 

In this study, a comprehensive meta-analysis was conducted using a random-effects model to examine the relationship between money supply and inflation and to address inconsistencies in previous research. The overall effect of money supply on inflation was estimated at 0/578, providing a broad measure of its impact. However, an assessment using a funnel plot and Egger's test revealed publication bias. To correct for this bias, the "trim and fill" method was applied, reducing the adjusted overall effect to 0/475. Additionally, meta-regression and subgroup analyses were performed to investigate moderating variables. The results showed that the effect of money supply on inflation differs across fixed and floating exchange rate regimes, time periods before and after 2000, and between static and dynamic models. These findings contribute to a clearer understanding of the impact of monetary and economic policies on inflation and provide a foundation for future research.

Abstract: 

Background and Aims: Entrepreneurial University has an approach based on the relationship between industry and academia and is of great importance in Iran, which has a high number of educated and unemployed people. The growing population of the country, the demographic composition of the youth, the inability of the productive sectors to attract labor, the need to create job opportunities and factors such as these are the reasons why major policymakers are looking for solutions to solve this problem. Entrepreneurship is not an issue, because entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economic development of countries. The University of Entrepreneurship is a university where scientific entrepreneurship can create a force for economic growth and compete in global markets. The importance of moving towards the universities of the third millennium, according to the Ministry of Health, is such that it is considered as a contextual package for the development and innovation packages in medical sciences education based on the country's higher education program. Activities that universities can have in this regard can include a variety of disciplines such as counseling, education, research and development, technology transfer, ownership or participation in growth centers and scientific parks, which means that it is an accepted responsibility for development. There are districts in these universities. In fact, entrepreneurial universities are organizationally managed in a way that they have the flexibility to meet socio-economic needs and strategies to pay attention to environmental opportunities. In these universities, entrepreneurship has become part of the university's main strategy and the result is the development of entrepreneurial culture in the university. The aim of this study is to express the importance of the University of Entrepreneurship and to design the model of the third generation university in the Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences in Iran. Methods: This study was performed by mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research method. In terms of purpose, this research is a fundamental research that has been done based on a mixed research method. From a chronological point of view, this research is in the category of cross-sectional research. The study area is the Islamic Azad University of Iran. The statistical population of this study includes university experts in the field of entrepreneurship who work in free universities in Iran. The criterion for selecting experts in the study is the result of two characteristics of education and work experience. In this study, experts must have a PhD in Entrepreneurship. They also have at least ten years of experience in entrepreneurship-related fields. Based on this, 10 qualified people have participated in this study. Targeted sampling method has been used for sampling. This means that experts must have at least ten years of experience in education, counseling, and policy-making in the field of entrepreneurship, and must have scientific writings in the form of books and articles. First, thematic analysis was used to analyze specialized interviews. Then, using the fuzzy Delphi method, the identified factors are validated. MaxQDA software has been used to perform the content analysis. Fuzzy Delphi method calculations have been performed in Matlab software and structural-interpretive modeling has been performed in MicMac software. Data collection tools are interviews related to the qualitative part of research and standard Delphi questionnaire and structural-interpretive modeling. In the qualitative section, after conducting interviews with experts, the interview texts were coded in maxqda software and a number of indicators were extracted. Then, by compiling a fuzzy Delphi questionnaire and providing it to experts, the obtained indicators were validated and screened. In the prohibitions, using the ISM questionnaire, the main categories of research were leveled and effective and influential indicators were identified and the final research model was presented. Results: Based on the analysis of the interviews, the attraction of financial resources, innovation innovation, technological entrepreneurship management and the entrepreneurial approach of professors were identified as the main categories of the third generation university. Based on the results of fuzzy Delphi method, 33 indicators were selected to measure the categories and these factors were obtained using interpretive-structural modeling technique, analysis and finally communication and sequence of indicators. According to the leveling done, the final model of the university The third generation was designed at Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences. Based on this model, entrepreneurial organizational culture is at the center of the model. This element is in dynamic interaction with attracting financial resources, innovation innovation, technological entrepreneurship management and entrepreneurial approach of university professors. It should be noted that the quality of people's knowledge and the text and content of the courses have a direct impact on the entrepreneurial approach of university professors. On the other hand, policies and policies are effective in attracting university funding. Creating a science and technology park is an effective step in the development and flourishing of innovation, and ultimately a flexible organizational structure is essential for managing technological entrepreneurship. To achieve these ultimate goals, this model should emphasize the general level of students' entrepreneurial skills and activities, students' theoretical skills, professors' entrepreneurial knowledge, culture of accepting new ideas and plans, realization of knowledge-based development and commercialization of science, and establishment of student companies. Indicators of the general level of skills and entrepreneurial activities of students, professors' entrepreneurial knowledge, the culture of accepting ideas and new plans, and the realization of knowledge-based development have high influence and low dependence. These variables are identified as independent variables. The two indicators of students' theoretical skills and lack of resistance to change and bureaucracy have high penetration power and dependency, and are considered to be the link variables. The characteristics of a flexible organizational culture, the re-engineering of structures, the existence of an entrepreneurial incentive reward system, and the holding of training courses have little influence and dependence. These autonomous variables have little effect on the system. Other variables are highly dependent and have little penetrating power, so they are dependent variables. Also, the variables of structure movement towards incubator and science and technology park, satisfaction and growth of science and technology park businesses, level of interactions of companies located in science and technology park, following new projects and registering them, innovation and creativity and culture in providing services and independence. The financial nature of the university and its self-government are the first level variables and as the most influential research variables. The variables of resistance to change and bureaucracy, the entrepreneurial experience of professors, the culture of supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurial approach of university presidents are the second level variables. The variables of absorption of the contributions of independent financial institutions, flexible organizational culture, reengineering of structures, pragmatic culture, and application of theories of the blue ocean are the third level variables. Variables for attracting government grants, adapting people's abilities to the assigned tasks, facilitating rules and regulations in order to protect entrepreneurship, selecting operational managers, creative and innovative, participatory and team nature of courses, holding training courses and course topics based on current needs and society The title of level four variable has been identified. Variables include support for student innovation, adaptation of students' ability to community needs, development of entrepreneurship and job creation by professors, the existence of an entrepreneurial incentive reward system, and entrepreneurial management strategies at the fifth level. Finally, the general level variables of students' entrepreneurial skills and skills, students' theoretical skills, professors' entrepreneurial knowledge, culture of accepting ideas and new plans, realization of knowledge-based development and commercialization of science and establishment of knowledge-based companies are the most basic elements of model. Conclusion: Based on the achievements of this research, a flexible organizational structure is needed to implement the third generation university model. There should also be policy-making and academic policies to attract funding. Finally, while planning to improve the quality of people's knowledge, the text and content of the courses, the creation of a science and technology park can be on the agenda.

Abstract: 

Universities play an important role in regional dynamism and growth. On the one hand, universities are major economic factors and have a direct impact on economic and local activities, and on the other hand, universities contribute to the cultural ecology and natural environment of the region to which they belong. The present research has been done with the aim of presenting the fourth generation university model with a qualitative approach and with the theme analysis method. The statistical population consisted of academic and organizational experts who were selected by a purposeful (judgmental) method and the interview was continued to the point of theoretical saturation. This is important in the twelfth interview. "Peer review and review by participants" and "reliability between two coders and retest" were used to confirm the reliability of the research. With three coding steps (example, main theme, sub-theme),axes have been identified based on the research results,key relationships including the relationship between university and society, alignment of university mission and community goals, and the relationship between university and industry were identified. Impact factors and consequences were also identified. Outcomes including internal and external consequences were examined.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Attention to spiritual health in society and the current changes, especially in the field of technology is the result of individual planning and performance. Raising this issue in the field of higher education, especially in the fourth generation universities doubles its importance. Accordingly, the main purpose of the present study is to examine the indicators of spiritual health and its promotion in the fourth generation universities. Methods: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and was carried out using a qualitative-Delphi approach. The sample population consisted of leading professors in this field, out of whom 15 were selected as academic experts by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data analysis method was content analysis using coding method in three levels: open, pivotal, and selective. The information obtained from the interviews was classified into dimensions, components, and indicators. For validation, a focus group consisting of 9 experts in the field of health and academic generations was used. In this study, all ethical considerations were observed and no conflict of interest was reported by the authors. Results: The results showed that the dimension of insight with the components of basic assumptions and indicators such as communication with God and understanding of the universe, religiosity, awareness, and the dimension of manners with the components of values, norms and indicators, morality, self-awareness, hope, work conscience, and the dimension of interaction with the components of behaviors, actions and indicators such as education, purposefulness, impact on society, being skill-based, teamwork spirit, are among the most important features to promote spiritual health in the fourth generation universities. Conclusion: According to the findings, insight, manners, and action are among the most important requirements for promoting spiritual health in the fourth generation universities, which should be given special attention. Due to the human-centered nature of academic activities, especially in the fourth generation universities, developing a healthy human capital in all dimensions, especially in the spiritual dimension is very important in the fourth generation universities.

Abstract: 

2At first, education was the university’s only goal; nevertheless, scientific progress in the twentieth century added research to the universities’ missions. The industry sector’s knowledge-based technologies added a third mission to universities and brought the university into new fields. The fourth-generation universities provided a more comprehensive view by considering the four elements including university, industry, government, and civil society and the next generation (the fifth generation) of universities also considered the environment in addition to these four elements. The present study examined the optimal conditions and requirements for new-generation medical universities (third- to fifth-generation universities). This review study extracted 187 scientific documents from domestic and foreign databases and after screening, 56 documents were selected for the study. Finally, the propositions relevant to the objective of the study were extracted and categorized using content analysis. This study identified 17 optimal conditions for transitioning to new-generation universities. Moreover, 41 requirements were extracted and listed for achieving these conditions, each under its corresponding condition. New-generation universities are known as borderless and accountable universities. Thus, the communication and exchange of knowledge, capital, and value with institutions outside the university at the local, national, and international levels as well as accountability to the needs created at these levels are the main principles of new-generation universities. Given the unique structure of the Iranian health system and the infrastructure for communicating with society, by fulfilling other requirements, this structure can facilitate the transition to new-generation medical universities.

Abstract: 

برنامه ریزی راهبردی به عنوان یک ابزار جهت انجام بهتر فعالیت ها و رسیدن به اهداف مطلوب در آینده و در راستای اهداف تعیین شده به کار می رود. برنامه ریزی راهبردی می تواند به عنوان پاسخی به مشکلات پیش آمده در صنعت گردشگری نیز مطرح شود. در هسته گردشگری مانند تمام فعالیت های تجاری دیگر باید «راهبرد گردشگری» تجسم یابد. از جمله مدل های برنامه ریزی راهبردی مورد استفاده در توسعه گردشگری به ویژه در گردشگری شهری، مدل سنتی SWOT است. امروزه پس از سال ها استفاده و ارزیابی از این مدل کاربردی این نتیجه حاصل شده که SWOT مبتنی بر الهامات ذهنی و غیرسیستماتیک است، (داده های کیفی) و از سوی دیگر از کمی سازی اجتناب کرده و همچنین فاقد قدرت پیش بینی است. مدل Meta-SWOT در یک برنامه متشکل از پنجره عنوان و هفت پنجره به هم پیوسته اجرا می شود. هدف آن رهنمون ساختن تصمیم گیرندگان در فرایندی یک پارچه از مرحله اولیه توفان مغزی به ایجاد فهرست رتبه بندی شده ای از اولویت های استراتژیک است. این ابزار بازبینی های نامحدود نهاده ها را امکان پذیر می کند، زیرا افراد تصمیم گیرنده ارزیابی خود را در طول یک فعالیت برنامه ریزی تغییر می دهند. این پژوهش با هدف توسعه گردشگری در شهر یزد برای نخستین بار به معرفی مدل استراتژیکMeta-SWOT در امر گردشگری شهری پرداخته است. جهت انجام این پژوهش از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده شده و روش گردآوری داده ها و تحلیل اطلاعات مورد نیاز به صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی است. جهت تدویناستراتژی توسعه و تشریح اهداف، منابع، توانایی ها و عوامل کلان محیطی از تکنیک تحلیلی Meta-SWOT استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج به دست آمده مهم ترین عامل در راستای توسعه گردشگری شهری در شهر یزد ثبات سیاسی در سطح کلان است. توجه مسئولین، نیروی انسانی مجرب در گردشگری و سرمایه گذاری از دیگر مواردی است که باید در راستای آن اقدمات مؤثری صورت پذیرد.

Abstract: 

The purpose of generational studies is the scientific classification of different generations, the explanation of intergenerational differences, and the investigation of fundamental changes in societies, such as generational disjunction. This research, in terms of the practical purpose, in terms of the nature of the descriptive-analytical method, and with the aim of creating a new understanding and formulation of the major global studies of Generation Z in 2023, it was conducted with the qualitative content analysis method. Data collection was done by Library method, out of 104 related studies found, 80 articles were selected to discover and extract basic concepts and dominant themes. Findings: Generation Z, due to being born in the age of the Internet, the spread of communication and access to social networks, the first global generation of young, with conceptual titles such as: Net generation, digital identity, more aware, pluralistic, consumer oriented, influencer and They are called self-centered. Results: The field of study "Economics and Management" with 59 cases among specialized fields, the Asian continent with 46 cases in terms of geographical distribution and the country of Indonesia with 16 cases among all the countries of the world have a significant prominence. The comprehensiveness and extent of scientific and academic research and studies all over the world shows the importance of the current situation, lifestyle and future of this global generation.
